The main bedroom accommodates up to 4 people, with a king size bed and a daybed that converts into two single beds. It is equipped with its own 55" Samsung TV. The 2nd bedroom includes a double bed and a 50" Samsung TV. The 3rd bed includes a double bed and a dedicated bathroom for your convenience. The property includes a charming garden which makes for a serene and calming space to hang out with friends, read a book, enjoy nature or just chill. In addition to the electric fence and 24/7 armed response, there is a guardhouse within eyesight of the gate (less than a minute’s walk), with a guard on duty around the clock. Bryanston is an affluent suburb to the north of Joburg, known for its large properties, excellent private schools and, increasingly, as a rising retail and commercial destination, with many interior and exterior design shops, and a large number of corporate HQs and advertising agencies. Some of the companies that have made their home in Bryanston include Microsoft, Samsung, ABInbev, Dimension Data, GlaxoSmithKline, Facebk, Ogilvy & Mather, and Tiger Brands. It offers residents access to some of Joburg’s leading commercial and retail spaces, while still retaining an almost “countryside” feeling in the residential sections. There are great shopping centres close by, including the Nicolway Bryanston and the Morningside shops. The Riverside Shopping Centre has some great restaurants.
